The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the insurance process, including verifying coverage, collecting payments, and providing customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of insurance information in the system.
Communicate with clients and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies.
Review and verify insurance information for accuracy.
Process insurance claims and ensure timely payment.
Provide customer service to clients regarding their insurance policies.
Maintain records of all transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
