Receive high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Obtain detailed information from customers regarding need for service and enter details into Service Titan Prioritize scheduling Dispatch jobs based on location and technicians Close out jobs with information given by technician Job Requirements:
Minimum one year dispatching experience for a service company (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Positive attitude Experience with Service Titan a plus Saturday shift mandatory Job Type:
