To assist the quality control department in meeting and exceeding pre-determined requisites and guidelines through established functional programs.
Essential Functions:
Print labels for specified shifts Perform 1st piece approval process Provide boundary samples for all production runs Verify correct documentation identified per product / work cell Perform label verification process - 1 tote per pallet Perform in-process part inspection per DIS (verify frequency per specific product Perform LPA audits as scheduled Meet as IATF 16949 requirements for your area; step-by step, packaging, quality alerts, and visual aids Document detailed summary of shift concerns for the next shift Assist with training of new / in-training operators Pass color verification (Hue Test).
Re-certify at Managements discretion Perform tasks with specific measuring devices (i.
e.
calipers, gages, Macbeth Light etc.
) Must be able to work Afternoon Shift 2:

Qualifications:
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work well within a team environment 1
year of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics and automotive industry Basic knowledge of quality control Excellent attendance record These qualities are minimum requirements for the position, additional expectations can be added by CPI management to meet customer requirements.
