As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration - Administer employee leave programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
