HVAC Maintenance Technician
Matrix MHC is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to prepare vacant units for move-in and to assist with the overflow of service requests and general maintenance requests for our manufactured homes. Our maintenance staff plays a key role in contributing to turning units and ensuring successful operations throughout our communities.
We are currently looking to pay $12-$20 per hour for the best-fit candidate, and will commensurate depending on experience.
We are currently looking for people that are willing to go above and beyond for the best interest of the company in order to contribute to the continued success of our growing portfolios. Only the best need apply.
Preferred Skills &
Experience:
2 years prior maintenance experience; 5
years preferred
A developed skill set of residential maintenance and the rehab of manufactured home units
Demonstrate an ability to perform tasks described above without seeking outside contractor assistance, as well as general knowledge of all maintenance repair and service.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
